Around ten years ago when Erik originally lost his arm, there were a group of people who assumed it was his rival business partner named Oro that had requested the deed to be done, while others bring up the fact that maybe it was during his time as a soldier and just wound up on the wrong side of blaster fire, but in all reality no one but Erik knows, as everyone else who was part of the incident is declared M.I.A.; now while no one seems to quite know the truth just yet, it still does not take away that Erik managed to find a replacement for his right arm, alongside with most of his right side. This replacement was known as the Arm of Aurum, a military-grade cybernetic arm that was primarily made with nanotechnology that was coated in Phrik, meaning that the arm was not only light and durable, but also extremely lightsaber resistant. With such a lightweight metal to act as a base for the arm, Erik was eventually able to make upgrades to the arm that allowed him to bring his fighting capabilities from an Elite Soldier to deadly cybernetic super soldier. 

Cortosis Blade: Erik’s arm has been given a specialized blade that he is able to summon at will from any surface of his arm/side, allowing him to easily short-circuit lightsabers on the fly, without too much fear of damaging the blade itself, since cortosis is brittle.

Miniature Ray Shield: After months of studying specific types of starships in the galaxy that contained ray shields, Erik was able to properly figure out a way to generate a miniature ray shield from his arm that creates something similar to a tower-shield, in order to defend himself from blaster bolts, majority solid objects and even the force in some points; mainly force lightning and others like that.

Magnetism: By taking nearly a year in a prolonged study of the force, Erik was able to come up with a rather interesting engineering project that allowed him to mimic the telekinetic features of the force with simple magnetism, although with just the twist that it gave Erik the control over all forms of metal, even the non-ferrous ones, making it appear as though any metal he is around becomes magnetic. This allows him to levitate, move, push, pull and launch metallic objects with nearly a varying degree of effort, though that is mainly dependent on the quantity and the weight of what he is trying to manipulate, the more it is, the harder it is to do so.

Synthetic Flesh: By integrating a layer of synthetic flesh over each of the small nanites that make up the arm, Erik’s arm is nearly the same as his other, with the minor difference being that he has a faint glowing ring on his right index finger that shows weather or not Erik is being contacted by his more important clients.
